REQUEST FOR BIDS
The City of Pana, Illinois will be accepting bids for the hauling of CA-6 stone from Pana Limestone Quarry to the street department stock pile on a demand basis with a minimum quantity to be hauled of 100 tons. Bid prices should be stated on a per ton basis. Bid prices shall be in effect from January 1, 2015 until December 31, 2015. Sealed bids will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. on Monday, December 15, 2014 in the office of the Pana City Clerk, 120 E. Third St., Pana, IL 62557 at which time they will be opened publicly. The City of Pana reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
