Notice is given of the death of DOROTHY IRENE ATKINSON of Pana, Illinois. Letters of Office were issued on October 23, 2014, to Charles Wagner, 1100 Birch Ave., Pana, IL 62557, whose attorney is Robert J. Beyers, of Beyers Law Office, 123 E. Third Street, Pana, Illinois 62557.

Notice is given to STEVE ILBERRY, address unknown; UNKNOWN DESCENDANTS/HEIRS OF BOB JONES; UNKNOWN DESCENDANTS/HEIRS OF JIM JONES; and UNKNOWN DESCENDANTS/HEIRS OF LANOA HAYSE, names and addresses unknown, heirs who are named in a Petition filed in the above proceeding to probate a Will and whose names and/or addresses are not stated in the Petition, that an Order was entered by the Court on October 23, 2014, admitting the will to probate. Within 42 days after the effective date of the original order of admission, you may file a petition with the court to require proof of the Will by testimony of the witnesses to the Will in open Court or other evidence, as provided in section 6-21 of the Probate Act (755 ILCS 5/6-20). You also have the right under section 8-1 of the Probate Act (755 ILCS 5/6-20) to contest the validity of the Will by filing a petition with the Court within six (6) months after admission of the Will to probate.

Claims against the Estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court at the Christian County Courthouse, P.O. Box 617, Taylorville, IL 62568, or with the representative, or both, on or before May 5, 2015, or three months from the mailing of notice to creditors, whichever is later. Any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within 10 days after it has been filed.

The fee shall be calculated at the rate of $1.00 for each $1,000.00 or fraction thereof of the amount paid by the purchaser, to the person conducting the sale, as reflected in the receipt of sale issued to the purchaser, provided that in no event shall the fee exceed $300.00. No fee shall be paid by the mortgagee acquiring the residential real estate pursuant to its credit bid at the sale or by any mortgagee, judgment creditor, or other lienor acquiring the residential real estate whose rights in and to the residential real estate arose prior to the sale. Upon confirmation of the sale under Section 15-1508, the person conduction the sale shall remit the fee to the clerk of the court in which the foreclosure case is pending. The clerk shall remit the fee to the State Treasurer as provided in this Section, to be expended for the purposes set forth in Section 7.31 of the Illinois Housing Development Act.
